Q: How do I apply?
A: Cut and paste the clinic registration form to a microsoft word document. Print it off and fill it out in full. Mail to our PO Box with the appropriate fees and the liability waiver. You will then be permitted to attend our program functions.
 
Q: What is included in the membership?
A: Personalized coaching from an experienced staff, the opportunity to compete as a member of our team at USATF functions, and the access to an extensive network of knowledgable track and field coaches, athletes, and officials.
 
Q: When and where does your club practice?
A: We begin our season with our 3-day clinic the third week in June and continue to have organized practice 3 nights per week until the middle of August. We practice at Medina's Soccer Stadium track facility on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights from 6pm until 8pm. Occasionally, our throwers will train at the high school facilities which are within walking distance of the soccer stadium.
 
Q: Do you compete in summer track meets?
A: We compete in USATF and AAU competitions during the summer season from June through August. These competitions will typically fall on Saturdays and be held at track and field facilities that are within a hundred miles of Medina. Competing is entirely up to the family of the athlete and is not mandated by membership.
